Send the hotel name and location

Marca Marca offers a free hotel pickup service for store visits, subject to hotel location and availability. Share the exact hotel name and the area shown on your booking. Similar hotel names can cause confusion, so include an address or map pin if needed.

Do not assume every hotel in Antalya is on the same route. Our store is in Side, Manavgat; the team needs your location before confirming whether your pickup can be arranged.

Choose a date and time

Use the reservation form or WhatsApp to send your preferred day, time and number of guests. The form uses Side local time, Türkiye, UTC+3. Mention any practical requirements that the team should consider, such as travelling with a child or needing assistance getting into the vehicle. Ask what can be accommodated before confirming.

Wait for the WhatsApp confirmation

Completing the form prepares a message for you to send in WhatsApp. It does not create a confirmed reservation on its own. Check the reply for your pickup time, meeting point and party size. If anything changes at the hotel or in your plans, let the team know.

Agree on a clear meeting point, for example the entrance specified by the team, and keep your phone available near the confirmed time.

Clarify your return before setting off

Ask how the return journey will work and agree the relevant details. Do not assume a fixed shopping duration, a particular vehicle or a return time until these have been confirmed. If you prefer to travel independently, use the store’s full address and location link.
