This website does not store pickup requests on a server. Your name and message stay on the page until you open WhatsApp and send the message. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. Your language preference is saved in this browser. Google Maps loads only when you request it; Instagram opens as an external link. Avoid including passport, payment-card or other sensitive details. If you allow statistics, we store page views, form steps and WhatsApp link clicks with a random tab session ID, language, approximate network location and the hotel you provide. We do not record your name, message text or raw IP address. Your statistics preference is saved in this browser; the random session ID is stored for the tab. You can change your choice using Statistics preferences. Disabling stops future measurement; it does not delete previous anonymous events.
